These 7-pin cables are designed for tube microphones such as the Apex 460, BadAax T11-A, Alctron T11-A, Nady TCM1150, Avantone CV-12, etc.

The cable length is nominally 20 feet; some run slightly short or long.

One end has an XLR7M. The other has an XLR7F.

They are wired straight through -- pin 1 to pin 1, etc. Pin 7 is typically shorted to the cable shield at one or both ends of the cable; that is the standard way Alctron/BadAax/etc tube mic cables are built. (Pins 4 and 7 are both used for ground, not for audio or the DC rails.) We test every cable here prior to shipping.
